Davis County Jail

what is the minimum area like where the non violent and no drug and persons who are in for tax matters on misdemeanors.. stay... what are those accomodations like and can you get out to work release while in the davis county jail.. and with the new law of April 9, can you serve there in davis county and then be transfered to cornell half way house where you can work release and come back at night for say the balance of the 12 months.. if you have a 12 month.. stay a short time in davis county and then after week or so go to slc half way house.. is that a possibility.. or not with the new law saying you can serve your 12 months in half way house..
