JM: Is there anything else you would want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to jail?
KG: Visit put money on their phone use, and on their commissary
buddy: To make sure and communicate with them as often as possible since that is what really helps you make it through your day and your time in jail.

JM: Is there anything else you would recommend to a future inmate?
KG: don't be a tough guy were all here and we would all rather be somewhere else so don't screw up my time making me defend myself.
buddy: Just remember that they can't keep you forever and your time will end. So just serve your time and be done.
